We are currently in the process of producing concept plans for a Harbour / Marina / Tourism development project located on land adjoining the existing town of Shoalhaven Heads on the NSW south coast.

Part of the planning process is to invite and receive community input on what components is required.

Shoalhaven Harbour Concept Plan

The introduction of a harbour, marina, Town Centre, and tourist village at Shoalhaven Heads would create a major piece of tourist infrastructure for the region. The provision of a harbour and marine/maritime facilities, hotels and other tourism infrastructure will bring major economic benefits to the region.
